Collection from the store
In order to receive it from the store, it is required to have made an order by phone or online. After our communication via email or SMS or phone the customer will be able to come from the store to pick up his order. The prices of the products are also valid for collection at the physical store, provided that the above procedure has been followed.
The opening hours for receipts from the store are as follows: Monday to Friday 9: 00-14: 00 & Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 17: 00-21: 00 and Saturday 9: 00-15: 00. After we are informed that your order is in the store, if you do not receive it within seven (7) days, it will be canceled automatically and will no longer be available for collection from our store.
Sending by courier company
For orders worth more than 62 euros the customer is not charged with shipping costs.
For shipments within Attica, the delivery takes place within 1-3 working days, if for the products their availability status is: "Immediate Availability (in stock)". The charge is set at 2.90 euros.
For shipments outside Attica, the delivery takes place within 2-6 working days if for the products their availability status is: "Immediate Availability (in stock)". The charge is set at 3.50 euros.
For shipments to remote areas of mainland Greece, islands, etc. the charge amounts to 3.50 euros also, you can contact us at 2105560965 or send us a message via our e-mail at info@balloonshoes.gr, in order to inform you about the delivery time.
Once the parcel is delivered to the courier, you will be notified immediately by e-mail and / or sms, once you have stated your email address / mobile phone.
Orders are shipped on working days, Monday to Friday.
Finally, cash on delivery is set at 2.50 euros.
For shipments in Cyprus the shipping costs are set at 10 euros, regardless of whether your order exceeds 62 €.
